I expect full reimbursement including replacement belt and mileage my shop rate is $68/hr. You have until the 14th when the correct oem parts arrive to remove the incorrect parts you installed. Had I not beed hung up on twice while trying to leave a message I would have never reviewed.
called and asked if they had any sprockets in stock, she says "yes, what is it for?" i said well a go-cart. she says "oh no we dont." what??? yes you carry sprockets and yet you didnt even give me a chance to tell you what size the sprocket is that i am looking for?????? had similar experiences a few years ago when looking for chainsaw parts! will never hit their number again! what a wate of real estate!

Parts is completely incompetent or lazy or both and will not help you for anything unless you do ALL the work beforehand. Don't suggest wasting your time with them.

Pic 2 is a 3/16 hardened washer that's cupped because as much torque as he wanted to apply the spindle never came together (wrong part #)
