I have ordered from here many times and they always make their pizza amazingly!! I love their lunch specials.
They drive me nuts. I once ordered ba supreme pizza. 2/3 of pizza was pepperoni. Seems like every other time we order by pizza is good but then on opposite days it is bad
This pizza hut is crappy the pick up time and the actual time its done are always 15 to 20 mins apart so basically they dont even start to make it until you get there to pick it up. This happens every single time yet there will 4 or 5 employee's in there laughing it up and you don't get so much as an apology .Thanks to the Elwood Pizza Hut we will become Papa John customers. If i cld give a quarter star i would.
Placed an online order. Email confirmation gave me a delivery time in 30 minutes. An hour after my order was placed, we still hadn't received the order. I called and was told "it is on it's way". 20 minutes later, our order still hadn't been delivered. I called back. Order wasn't "on it's way"! Didn't even get an apology or offer to make it right. I cancelled the order and Pizza Hut has lost our business. This was the 2nd time within a year of this kind of service. I have learned my lesson!
