It's flat , except the gravel. Ya should have no problems if your in a wheelchair.
Vendor's are so friendly and helpful. Clean and easy to get around. So much to see, surprises around every corner. I just have to remember to bring cash next time.
It's a huge place so it's not over crowded, and has about any you could think of, haven't run in to any rude people, everything is reasonably priced.
