Isn’t here in Elwood anymore now it’s called Needlers Fresh Market.. ugh I miss Marsh!!!
The staff is helpful and friendly. And it on my route as a good bakery for people on the road work

I read an article today suggesting this Marsh may be shutting down soon, which IMO wouldn't be a bad happening. This store does have a few lousy employees, but most are helpful and friendly. Their bakery and deli are great, the food is delicious and the area kept clean unlike the rest of the store. The dairy section reeks of spoiled milk, 30% of the items are expired (seriously, you have to check exp. dates if you shop here), the meat department smells funky, the shelves the meat are on are filthy and have many visible dried crusty blood stains, nearly all the produce is over riped and have gone bad... there's just too much to say in regards to the poor cleanliness and quality of products at this store. One more thing, prices, totally over priced. This is Elwood IN. Indiana being one of the top five states in America with the lowest cost of living. Elwood, being one of the lowest COL cities in IN. So why does this Marsh price their items as though we are located in NY (okay, maybe not that highly priced, but close enough). Their sale prices are more expensive than the normal prices at other local stores, even if you add a coupon to the sale price. As I said, in my opinion this store closing wouldn't be a bad thing.
